General benefit from the service:
Benefit from health services within the framework of justice and equity..
Being informed and seeking information:
Everybody has the right to learn about every kind of health services and opportunities and obtain information orally or via written inquiries about their health status.
Selection and replacement of health care institutions and staff:
Everybody has the right to choose, to change and to benefit from the health services given in the health facility they choose, to learn the identities, duties and titles of medical doctors that provide service and other health workers who will provide health services and to change them
Privacy:
Everyone has the right to receive all kinds of health services in privacy and in a suitable environment.
Refusal, suspension and consent:
Everybody has the right to refuse treatment, to demand its suspension, to give consent for medical interventions and to benefit from the services within the framework of consent.
Security:
Everybody is entitled to receive healthcare services in a safe environment.
To be able to fulfill religious obligations:
Everybody has the right to perform their religious duties within the scope of healthcare facilities and within the scope of the measures taken by the administration
Respect for human values, respect for dignity and comfort:
Everyone has the right to receive a health service in a respectable environment where meticulous care and due attention is given with smiling faces, kindness and compassion under utmost hygienic condition where noise and all disturbing factors are eliminated.
Visitors and having companion:
The patients have the right to accept visitors within the framework of the procedures and principles set forth by the health facilities and to have a companion in the extent of the regulations and facilities of the health facility and if the physician deems appropriate.
Application, complaint and right to course of action:
In case of violation of rights, everybody has the right to use all kinds of applications, complaints and course of action within the framework of legislation.
